Refund Policy

7-day full refund

Every pass (Starter, Standard, Lifetime) comes with a 7-day refund window. If a pass is not right for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase from the email address on your account, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked.

What happens after a refund

Refunded purchases have their access revoked. Your account, study history, and mistake book remain intact — only the paid access is removed. The free 7-day trial is not restored after a refund.

After 7 days

Requests made more than 7 days after purchase are handled case by case at our discretion. Passes are one-time purchases — nothing auto-renews, so there are no recurring charges to cancel.

Processing time

We aim to process refund requests within 3 business days. Once issued, the funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
